We generate 100 Million+ views every month.
Now we’re hiring our first Video Editing Intern to help us scale further.
This role is not about fancy edits.
It’s about learning how edits drive views, retention, and performance.
You’ll work closely with our content team on high-volume short-form content and learn how fast-moving teams produce videos that scale.
• Edit 10–15 base edits daily (primarily reels)
• Execute video edits based on clear content direction
• Perform fast trims, cuts, sequencing, and alignment
• Learn and apply pacing, rhythm, and video flow principles
• Participate in content research and reference sourcing when required
• Adapt to our internal tools and workflows
• Maintain consistency and speed across edits
You will start with basic edits, but expectations around speed and efficiency will increase quickly.
• 0.5–1 year of video editing experience (must NOT be totally new to editing)
• Must know Adobe Premiere Pro
• Must be able to perform basic trims and cuts quickly
• Must be smart and adaptable
• Comfortable editing 10–15 videos per day
• Strong willingness to learn and improve fast
• Ability to take feedback and apply it quickly
Speed is essential in this role.
Not just editing speed, learning speed too.
You will be judged on:
• Speed of edit
• Speed of communication
Slow communication slows the entire system.
Low to mid communication will NOT be tolerated.
Repeated delays in communication during working hours will lead to immediate cancellation of the role.
We value responsiveness, clarity, and accountability.
• A system capable of running Adobe Premiere Pro smoothly
• Stable and reliable internet connection
• Ability to transfer files quickly without delays
Without this, the role will not be sustainable.
• How teams create 100s of millions of views
• How pacing and timing influence audience retention
• How high-volume content systems operate
• How editing contributes directly to video performance
• How to function in a fast-paced production environment
