The Polaris Fellowship is a residential fellowship for exceptional young builders to work alongside founders, investors, and engineering teams at some of India’s most ambitious companies.

Cohort 1 was only the beginning. With 10,000+ applications from 300+ cities, we picked 10 Fellows who went on to work across companies like Bain & Company, Blume Ventures, InMobi, Rumik.ai, Emergent, Fam, Classplus, Vultr, Escape Plan, Bright Money, and more.

Now, we’re taking The Polaris Fellowship to campuses across India - and we want the people who make things happen.
