Corpus is a proactive AI that manages your money the way family offices do for the ultra-rich — it knows your complete financial picture, watches it continuously, and tells you what to do next.
India has fewer than 1,000 registered investment advisors for 10 million+ investable households. Good financial advice never scaled — with AI, it finally can. But an AI advisor is only as good as the financial reasoning behind it. That reasoning is this role.
We've previously worked at Groww, Peak XV (fka Sequoia India), JP Morgan, and Flipkart, and have raised a large seed round led by marquee VCs. We're currently in stealth.

You'll be the financial brain behind the product — the person who decides what good advice means, encodes it into frameworks the AI can use, and stands behind every recommendation it makes.
Mutual fund research: build and refine how we evaluate funds — performance attribution, risk-adjusted metrics, portfolio overlap, expense analysis — into scoring frameworks that run at scale.
Personal finance decision frameworks: work on the questions real users actually face — should I prepay my home loan or invest the difference? EPF vs NPS vs ELSS? When does an emergency fund move out of savings? Your analysis becomes the product's answer, for lakhs of users.
Do equity and market research that feeds our models and our content.
Bring tax-aware thinking everywhere: LTCG/STCG harvesting, 80C/80CCD optimization, exit loads — the details that separate generic advice from advice worth paying for.
Review real user portfolios alongside the founders — our current motion includes hands-on portfolio reviews, and your judgment on them directly trains what the product becomes.
Work with AI daily: turn your research into structured logic with tools like Claude Code. You won't be writing production software, but your frameworks ship as software, and you'll prototype them yourself.
Genuine finance depth — CFA (L2/L3), FRM, or NISM-certified, or equivalent depth you can demonstrate. You should be able to explain why a fund's 5-year return is misleading, when prepaying an 8.5% loan beats a 12% expected return, and what's wrong with most SIP advice on the internet.
First-principles, quantitative thinking — you build the analysis yourself rather than quoting someone's blog. You're comfortable in spreadsheets/Python-adjacent tooling and want AI to multiply your speed.
Strong writing — your reasoning must be explainable to a first-time investor without losing rigor. Much of your work becomes user-facing.
You're comfortable with customer calls and hearing real users' money problems firsthand.
You have comfort with ambiguity, speed, and a roadmap that changes weekly.
Financial research that took quant teams months now iterates in days with AI — and very few people in India have both the finance depth and the AI comfort to ride that.
You'd be defining the advice standard for a product built to reach millions of Indian households, working directly with the founders, before launch.
Lean team, fast pace, high ownership — if that excites you more than it worries you, apply.
Application → a short real-world research assignment (a question we've actually wrestled with) → a working session with the founders → decision.
We read every application ourselves — no automated rejections — and we aim to finish the whole process within two weeks.
