About the Role

You'll own NextLeap's Meta Ads engine — budget, strategy, and outcomes. You'll manage our creative agency, and be directly accountable for ROAS.

End-to-end Meta campaign management: targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and scaling
Creative strategy: write briefs, develop hooks and angles, identify winners fast
Vendor management: set direction for our creative agency, review performance, course-correct
Funnel accountability: track CPL to enrolment, own ROAS

Deep Meta Ads platform knowledge — campaign structure, bidding, attribution, audience types, event quality
Efficient with Ad Spend — Knows exactly when to scale winners and kill losers to maximise efficiency
Strong creative judgment — knows what resonates with an aspirational, value-conscious audience
Data-driven decision-making with high ownership and bias for action
AI Native — proficient with AI tools like Claude & n8n and can create the necessary workflows required to scale
