Resourceful and proactive—you enjoy figuring things out, taking ownership, and following through without needing constant direction.
Detail-oriented—you catch the small things, stay on top of timelines, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Someone who enjoys meeting people and building relationships—you understand that thoughtful communication, consistency, and trust are at the heart of strong communities.
Experience using Notion, Luma, and Mailchimp, to support events, communications, or project management.
Prior experience organising events, managing communities, or leading student clubs, societies, or campus initiatives.
Previous exposure to startups, entrepreneurship programmes, accelerators, or founder communities.
