What the job entails:
Owning and driving Lossfunk programs (such as Residency, Research Fellowship and new ones)
Identifying and attracting research talent for talks, collaboration or fellowship
Managing Lossfunk events (offline and online)
Managing travel, calendar and appointments
Ideal candidate will have:
High agency (done things without anyone else asking them)
Great communication (both written and verbal)
Clarity of thought (can think clearly and in a structured manner)
Low ego/pride (doesn’t think some work is beneath him/her)
Low job hopping (we want people who don’t job hop every year or so)
Exposure to high intensity environments (demonstrated that s/he can stretch and deliver when work pressure is high)
