About the role :

We’re looking for an Associate Business Manager to take on a cross-functional role focused on scaling our AI-powered credit management platform
You will work on scaling business operations for India's first truly agentic credit solution — a self-driven, intelligent system that empowers users to manage and improve their credit autonomously
At Oolka, AI is deeply integrated into the work of our Tech, Product, Design & Business teams. We’re looking for passionate individuals who are excited about scaling our AI product and want to be part of our journey
Our office is in Bangalore and we don't offer remote

Criteria :

0-2 years of experience (non-MBAs preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (SQL a plus)
Comfortable working on ambiguous problem statements
Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Passion for building innovative, AI-driven solutions and some genuine interest/ curiosity about fintech
