Here’s some stuff you should know before you attempt this -

1. I expect many applicants for these roles. Most of whom will be using ChatGPT/Claude to answer these questions. Do what you will with this information. 

2. Brevity is your friend. I dont think it would be possible to reply to everybody with feedback.  If you’ve been shortlisted, you will hear from us. If you don’t, assume you havent been shortlisted. Apologies in advance

3. If in any of the questions you feel like not sufficient information is given - assume what you want to in order to help you complete the form.

4. I understand that this can be long form to fill - and it is deliberate by design. So don't worry about the presentation, help us see the quality.

5. There will be just one round of conversation after this form and we'll onboard, so we are looking for people to join us at the earliest.

This is an entry level role, 0 to 1 year of work experience. Salary is INR 25k to 30k per month.

This is not a textbook design role:
One day you're designing a LinkedIn post. Next day you're building something fun for a WhatsApp community. The day after, you're thinking like a YouTube strategist, figuring out how to present our masterclass in a way that actually pulls people in.

Who this is for:

We are not looking for someone seasoned. We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to break into design.

This could be someone just starting out. Someone who took a break and is now looking to get back into the workforce. Or someone who has some experience but has always wanted to properly build a career in design and hasn't gotten the right shot yet.

If that's you, this could be it.

You should be able to work independently, like an owner, not someone who needs a task list every morning. Bring the creativity. We'll bring the domain expertise and guide you on what needs to be done and why.

A quick note on who we are:
Being Consultant is not a funded company. We are completely bootstrapped, run in a boutique way, and our only mission is helping people break into the consulting world. If that mission excites you, this is worth exploring.

Joining is immediate. The role is fully remote. Work from Bandra or Budapest, doesn't matter, as long as your internet is solid.
