Tradl is building tools for retail traders and investors in India. We're looking for an intern to help execute our content and social media output across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube and our newsletter. This is a hands-on execution role: you'll write, post, schedule, track and coordinate. You'll occasionally be asked for an idea or an angle, but the job is not strategy. It's getting good work out the door, on time, consistently.
Content writing
Draft social posts, captions, and short-form copy across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit from briefs and existing source material (research dossiers, calls, product notes)
Repurpose long-form content (newsletter editions, YouTube scripts) into platform-native posts
Keep a swipe file of good market/finance content from other creators for reference
Social media coordination and management
Maintain the content calendar: track what's due, what's posted, what's pending approval
Schedule and publish approved posts across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube community, newsletter)
Monitor comments and DMs on our channels, flag anything needing a response or escalation
Track basic performance (likes, comments, saves, CTR) in a simple weekly log
Coordinate with design/video resources so assets are ready before publish dates
Chase approvals and sign-offs so nothing misses its slot
Occasional input
Bring 1-2 content or angle ideas a week
Flag trending market conversations or formats worth reacting to
Background in finance, economics, commerce or a related field (undergrad or recent grad) - you should already have a basic understanding of F&O, trading, mutual funds and basic market terms, so you're not starting from zero
Clean, concise writing in English, with the range to adapt tone across LinkedIn (professional), X (punchy) and Reddit (conversational, no corporate voice)
Organised, deadline-driven, comfortable running a calendar and a checklist, and follows through without being chased
