
The intern will support FinBuild’s day-to-day operations by coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth flow of information and timely execution of work. The role also includes handling FinBuild’s in-house accounting using our adopted accounting software, which the intern will be trained on.
1. Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients for collecting required information and documents
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure timely submission of details
Proactively communicate with clients to clarify queries and resolve basic doubts
Keep clients informed about the status of their work in a professional manner
2. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with the back office to ensure all client documents are received correctly
Track work progress and ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines
Communicate any delays, missing information, or issues to the internal team promptly
3. In-House Accounting (FinBuild)
Maintain FinBuild’s internal accounting records on the adopted accounting software
Learn and use the accounting software efficiently as part of daily responsibilities
Assist in basic accounting entries, reconciliations, and internal record-keeping
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic understanding of accounting concepts (preferred, not mandatory)
Willingness to learn new software and processes
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with follow-ups
Professional attitude while dealing with clients
Real-world client handling and professional communication
Internal coordination across teams and offices
Practical exposure to accounting operations and software
Understanding of compliance-oriented service workflows
