AevyTV is a YouTube channel with 1.5M subscribers.

Our goal with every video is simple: make it better than the last one. That means building a distinct visual world for every story - from the design language to the motion treatment to the way information appears on screen. Nothing is templated. Nothing is recycled. Every video is treated like its own creative challenge.

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer who is excited by that kind of ambition - someone who can read a script, understand the core idea, and build the visual language that helps the story land through design, motion, pacing, references, transitions, and taste. What We're Looking For

Non-Negotiables:

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in motion graphics, editing
You have a strong eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling
You understand direction-framing, camera language, colour grading, and how visual choices affect how a story feels
You can take a complex idea and make it visually intuitive - data, systems, processes, timelines
You understand pacing and editing rhythm
You have great music taste and know how to use sound and music to elevate an edit
You've experimented with AI tools for design, motion, and video

Would Love to See:

Experience with YouTube, documentary, or long-form video content
Strong portfolio in motion graphics
An understanding of what works on YouTube - you know why some videos get watched and others don't, and you think about thumbnails, retention, and visual hooks instinctively
Familiarity with AevyTV's content - you've watched our videos and understand what makes them different from everything else on YouTube
Ability to design and animate original assets - illustrations, icons, UI mockups, maps, timelines -not just use templates
Experience working in a team where you're taking a script and turning it into a full visual experience end to end
