Program Associate Intern (Director's office)
A high-ownership role focused on driving program operations, process improvement, and learner experience initiatives. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges, manage key workflows, analyze data, and improve processes. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, execution excellence, stakeholder management, and a proactive startup mindset. Ideal for candidates passionate about education, technology, and creating impact through operational excellence.
Program & Operations Intern
The Program and Operations Intern will support the smooth day-to-day delivery of Scaler’s online learning programs and learner journeys. The role involves coordinating with learners, educators, and internal teams to resolve operational queries and ensure timely follow-ups. You will assist with program execution, task tracking, and cross-functional coordination to meet timelines. The intern will also conduct quality checks on communication, program data, and processes while ensuring adherence to SOPs. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in education, technology, and startup operations.
EIR Intern
The Entrepreneur-in-Residence Intern will work with the Scaler Program team to solve high-impact operational and business challenges across the learner journey. The role involves designing scalable solutions, executing them end-to-end, and transitioning successful processes to operations teams. You will collaborate with instructors, product, support, and internal stakeholders to improve onboarding, learner experience, participation, and placement outcomes.
The role requires strong ownership of multiple workstreams, stakeholder management, process documentation, and performance tracking. Candidates should be analytical, proactive, comfortable with tools such as Excel and Google Sheets, and excited to work in a fast-paced ed-tech environment.
