APH is expanding and so is our team. We are looking for talented, like-minded folks to join our team. We’re building a brand new original digital entertainment show and are looking for a hands-on Show Producer to help us make it happen.
This is not a desk-only producer role.
You’ll take an episode from “this could be fun” to “everything is ready, tested and waiting on set.”
You’ll help turn chaotic ideas into organised reality.
The goal is simple: everything is ready before the cameras turn on.
Prepare episodes from idea to shoot, including structure, rules, rounds, escalation, research, host briefs and run-sheets.
Test games, challenges and mechanics, and simplify ideas that have tendency to become unnecessarily complicated.
Source props, games, unusual products, print materials, fabricated items, deliveries and pickups.
Prepare the studio so everything needed for a shoot is physically ready: props, cards, scoresheets, timers, batteries, consumables and backups.
Help run shoots by explaining rules, keeping score, managing timers, resetting props, tracking continuity and keeping the episode moving.
Build repeatable systems for episode planning, production calendars, inventories, checklists, budgets, asset organisation and post-shoot handoffs.
Extremely resourceful: your first instinct should be “let me figure it out.”
Organised without being bureaucratic: you like systems, but you also know when the right answer is to simply solve the problem.
Good at research: you can find reliable information quickly, verify it, organise it and turn it into something usable on camera.
Comfortable with ambiguity: you can help turn incomplete ideas into a production plan.
Fast and calm: you can make strong episodes happen within realistic constraints and solve problems without amplifying panic.
You may have worked in YouTube or digital media, unscripted entertainment, game shows, comedy, reality television, branded content, events, production houses or creator teams — but none of those backgrounds are mandatory.
This is a full-time, primarily on-site role.
Because the job involves physical production, props, studio preparation and shoots, it cannot be fully remote.
Some work can still be done remotely, including research, planning, sourcing and documentation.
Shoot schedules may occasionally require unusual hours, but we’re building a sustainable production operation rather than a culture of permanent production emergencies.
₹45,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and fit.
For an exceptional candidate who can independently own substantially more of the production process, we’re open to discussing this further.
Send us a short introduction about who you are and what you’ve been doing.
Share links to anything you’ve helped make, if applicable, and tell us exactly what you did on those projects.
Tell us about one difficult or ridiculous thing you’ve had to make happen and how you did it.
Tell us about something you watched recently that you thought was exceptionally well produced — and why.
Include your current location, your current and expected compensation, and your notice period.
A traditional cover letter is unnecessary. Please don’t write what you think we’re supposed to hear — we’d rather understand how you think and how you get things done.
