We are looking for a Lead Security Engineer to join a fast-growing consumer fintech company. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the company's applications, cloud infrastructure and customer data from cyberattacks, security breaches and data leaks. You will manage security across the entire technology setup, work closely with developers, and also build and lead a small security team.

Ideal Candidate:

6+ years of experience in Security Engineering
Strong experience in at least two areas: Cloud Security, Application Security and Data Protection.
Hands-on AWS security experience along with experience with IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, Security Hub and WAF.
Experience building security checks into CI/CD pipelines. and understanding of application vulnerabilities and encryption.
Experience securing AI/LLM-based applications is a major advantage.
Previous experience hiring and leading security teams.
Fintech, banking or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
