We’re looking for a hands-on Video Editor & Shooter with 3+ years of experience who can independently manage the full video production cycle, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in short-form content, Reels/Shorts, performance ads and long-form video, with a good understanding of framing, lighting, clean audio and storytelling. Experience with Final Cut Pro is preferred, along with basic After Effects, colour correction and thumbnail/graphic sense. We’re looking for someone who understands content retention, works quickly on feedback and revisions, and is highly organised with footage, project files and deadlines.
