We’re hiring a junior Counter Sales Assistant to help customers find the right truck parts, support day-to-day counter sales, and learn the role as they grow. This is a good fit for someone who is trainable, enjoys helping people, and has basic knowledge of truck parts.
Serve customers at the counter in a friendly, helpful, and professional way.
Help identify and supply the correct truck parts based on customer needs.
Support sales, quotations, and general parts enquiries.
Learn product ranges, systems, and internal processes over time.
Work closely with the team to keep the counter organized and running smoothly.
Assist walk-in, phone, and returning customers with parts enquiries.
Recommend suitable truck parts based on basic specifications and customer requirements.
Prepare quotes and process sales accurately.
Follow up clearly and politely with customers when needed.
Keep learning about truck parts, part numbers, and product categories.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of truck parts or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
Comfortable speaking with customers and solving simple parts-related queries.
Reliable, positive, and able to work well with a team.
Previous counter sales, retail, automotive, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential.
