Accounts Executive

Addtocart (ATC) Consulting is a boutique consulting agency that helps D2C brands scale their online business through performance marketing, Shopify optimization, and CRM & retention marketing. Over the last 3 years, we’ve partnered with 50+ brands across India and the UAE, including Raymond, Apollo, Cult, Flatheads and Ezo. We are now expanding into the US and UK markets.

Role Description:

This is a 3-month hybrid internship for an Accounts Intern at Addtocart Consulting.

You’ll work closely with the founder and finance team to manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role is hands-on and focused on building strong fundamentals in finance, compliance, and business hygiene.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups

• Supporting bookkeeping and maintaining financial records

• Helping with expense tracking and monthly summaries

• Coordinating with CA for GST, TDS, and basic compliance

• Assisting in vendor payments and reconciliations

• Ensuring financial data is clean, updated, and organised

This role is for you if:

• Are a student or recent graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)

• Have basic understanding of accounting principles

• Are detail-oriented and organised

• Are willing to learn and take ownership of tasks

• Can work independently in a fast-paced environment

Work setup & compensation:

• Duration: 3 months

• Mode: Hybrid (Bangalore)

• Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Good to have

• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS

• Exposure to Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools

• Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Interest in finance operations or accounting careers
