1+ years of experience working in an AI-first setup.
Hands-on experience building and running evals for LLM systems — eval datasets, rubrics, LLM-as-judge, regression suites.
Understanding of the mechanics of LLM interactions and comfortable with agentic workflows.
Problem-first mindset — you start from the user problem, not the tool.
Curiosity and hunger to learn.
Tier 1 college preferred — a strong evals portfolio overrides pedigree.
