Role Overview
As a Manager – Field Marketing, you will drive UpKraft's growth across gated communities by building partnerships, generating high-quality leads, and executing on-ground marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Society Partnerships
Build relationships with RWAs and apartment associations.
Secure permissions for demos, workshops, and events.
Expand UpKraft's presence across premium communities.
Lead Generation
Generate leads through activations, kiosks, referrals, and campaigns.
Execute local marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with the Inside Sales team for conversions.
Community Engagement
Organize music events, workshops, and trial classes.
Coordinate with tutors and operations.
Deliver engaging community experiences.
Marketing Execution
Execute offline branding across societies.
Ensure strong brand visibility.
Track campaign performance.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain partnership and lead records.
Share weekly reports.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Candidate Profile
Fresh MBAs are encouraged to apply.
0–3 years in Field Marketing, Sales, Community Marketing, BTL, or Business Development.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
Comfortable with field travel across Bengaluru.
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
