Business Manager | Fintech | Bengaluru

Our client is a fast-growing consumer fintech company, looking to hire a Business Manager to join their team in Bengaluru.

This is a high-impact business role for someone who can combine strong business understanding with hands-on execution. You will own key parts of the lending journey, working closely with lenders, credit, product, engineering and CX teams to improve processes, strengthen business performance and create a smoother customer experience.

The role demands strong command over business operations, lending processes, partner management and data-driven decision-making. You will identify bottlenecks, drive improvements and work cross-functionally to take initiatives from idea to execution, while using data and insights to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4–6 years of experience in Business Operations, Lending Operations or Marketplace Operations

• Experience in digital lending, loan marketplaces, embedded lending or consumer fintech

• Strong understanding of lending funnels, lender operations and partner management

• Strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel

• Ability to identify bottlenecks, improve processes and drive initiatives to closure
  Strong ownership, communication and stakeholder management skills
