At Cellbell, we're building one of India's leading office chair and gaming chair brands, serving customers across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and offline channels.

As we scale, we're looking for someone who loves solving problems using technology, AI, and automation.

This is not a traditional operations role or IT support role.

You'll work directly with the Founder to build systems that save time, eliminate repetitive work, and improve how teams operate.

What You'll Learn

How a ₹100+ crore consumer brand operates.
Practical applications of AI in business.
Systems thinking and process optimization.
Building automations that impact real business outcomes.
Working directly with the Founder's Office on high-impact projects.

What You'll Work On

✅ Build automations using tools like:

Make.com
Zapier
n8n
Google Sheets & Google Forms
AI tools like ChatGPT

✅ Create systems for:

Notifications and approvals
Dashboards and reporting
Workflow tracking
Process automation
Internal business operations

✅ Explore and implement new AI tools that can improve productivity.

✅ Work on real business problems across operations, customer service, supply chain, and e-commerce.
