Mumbai
DISRPTVE is a strategy-led marketing agency based in Mumbai. We build brands that cut through the noise and stay un-ignorable. We work across brand strategy, content production, performance marketing, and celebrity partnerships.
We are not looking for people who can just execute. We are looking for people who think, who have taste, and who care about the work. If that sounds like you, this form should be fun.
The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager who owns the client relationship end to end. You are the person the client calls first and the person the internal team trusts to set the right expectations. You keep projects moving, briefs sharp, and deliverables on time, while making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a coordination-only role. You will be expected to understand brand strategy, contribute to pitches,
identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and actively support new business development. You should be equally comfortable on a status call and in a pitch room.
What You Will Do
• Own day-to-day client relationships across assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
• Manage project timelines, deliverable trackers, and internal workflows from brief to sign-off
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for strategy, creative, and production teams
• Run status calls, prepare agendas, share updates, and ensure alignment between client expectations and team output
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and flag them proactively
• Support new business pitches by coordinating decks, research inputs, and presentation logistics
• Track campaign performance with internal teams and present results to clients with context and recommendations
• Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and timely delivery across all client-facing outputs
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience in client servicing or account management, ideally at a marketing or advertising agency
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to manage client conversations with clarity and confidence
• Sharp project management instincts: you naturally track details, deadlines, and dependencies
• Understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, and digital platforms (you do not need to execute, but you need to understand what good looks like)
• Comfort managing multiple accounts with different brand personalities, timelines, and expectations
• A proactive mindset: you flag issues before they become problems and spot opportunities before they are obvious
Nice to Have
• Experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar)
• Exposure to new business development, pitch coordination, or proposal writing
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and reporting frameworks
