Support captain onboarding processes and coordinate with promoters and field teams.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and update dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
Assist in zone-wise pricing analysis and provide operational insights.
Support the planning and execution of BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities.
Collaborate with city operations teams to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Ensure timely reporting, data accuracy, and process compliance across assigned territories.
