We’re looking for a Growth Associate with strong sales acumen, a hustler mindset, and quick problem-solving skills to drive creator acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.
Creator Acquisition: Outreach via Instagram, WhatsApp, calls, and opt-in leads. Pitch to Nano, Micro, and Macro creators.
Onboarding & Engagement: Conduct platform walkthroughs, set up WhatsApp groups, deliver impactful pitches.
Campaign Support: Coordinate with design/tech, manage DM flows, and boost creator visibility.
Relationship Management: Track performance (views, clicks, bookings), support via calls, and build long-term retention.
Collaboration: Work with tech, marketing, and ops teams; contribute to hiring and growth initiatives.
Proven sales & negotiation ability.
Strong communication (phone/video).
Analytical mindset with KPI tracking.
Quick learner, adaptable, and collaborative.
3–5 years in growth, sales, creator partnerships, or BD (creator economy/travel/startup preferred).
Front-row seat in the creator economy & travel-tech space.
