At LoudLabs, ideas live or die by how fast they hit and how hard they stick. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who understands culture, attention, and storytelling in the internet age.
This role sits at the intersection of ideas, content, and strategy. You won’t just write captions or brainstorm buzzwords. You’ll shape concepts that translate into scroll-stopping content, strong brand narratives, and campaigns that actually perform.
If you think in hooks, formats, and narratives instead of just “ideas”, this is for you.
Develop creative strategies for social-first content, campaigns, and brand IPs.
Translate briefs into strong content directions, formats, and narratives.
Ideate concepts for reels, carousels, long-form videos, thumbnails, and digital campaigns.
Work closely with designers, editors, writers, and creators to bring ideas to life.
Build clear creative decks and content frameworks for internal teams and clients.
Research culture, trends, creators, and platforms to keep ideas relevant and sharp.
Question briefs when needed and push for stronger, clearer creative solutions.
Ensure ideas stay on-brief, on-brand, and optimized for the platform they live on.
A conceptual thinker who understands storytelling + internet behavior.
You know why some content works and most doesn’t.
You can think fast, articulate clearly, and sell ideas confidently.
You understand the difference between viral content and brand-building content.
You’re curious about culture, creators, entertainment, and youth trends.
You’re comfortable collaborating and defending your ideas when needed.
1–2 years of experience in a creative strategist, copywriter, or content role (agency or media).
Strong command of English and clear communication.
Experience working on social media, digital campaigns, or branded content.
Ability to turn abstract ideas into clear creative directions and formats.
Comfortable creating decks, frameworks, and structured presentations.
You’ve worked with creators, artists, or entertainment brands.
You understand platform-native content (Instagram, YouTube, Shorts).
You’ve collaborated closely with designers and video editors.
You use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, or scripting.
A front-row seat to content that reaches massive audiences.
Freedom to shape creative strategy, not just execute briefs.
Opportunity to build original IPs and brand narratives from scratch.
Fast growth into Senior Strategist or Creative Lead roles.
A high-ownership, high-learning environment.
