📍 Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Experience: 1–3 years (or exceptional proof of work)
This is not a pure writing role.
You are responsible for:
Researching ideas → structuring them → writing high-performing content → shipping daily
If you need ideas handed to you, this role is not a fit.
If you are naturally curious about founders, startups, business, AI, and tech and enjoy turning that curiosity into content, you’ll thrive here.
We create content around:
Founders & entrepreneurship
AI, technology, and the internet economy
This role requires a genuine interest in these spaces.
If you don’t already:
Follow founders or operators online
Read/listen/watch content in business, startups, or tech
Think about how AI is changing work and companies
…then this role will feel forced, and it won’t work.
You will independently generate ideas through structured research methods.
This includes:
Daily scanning of Twitter/X, LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, reports, podcasts, and news
Spotting:
Contrarian or non-obvious takes
Repeating patterns across founders/startups
High-signal insights in business and tech
Interesting data points, frameworks, or anecdotes
Converting raw information into clear Ideas
You are expected to come in with ideas, not wait for briefs.
Once an idea is validated, you’ll:
Write high-retention carousels
Structure content clearly: hook → logic → payoff
Simplify complex business/tech ideas without dumbing them down
Repurpose one idea into multiple variations (different hooks, angles, tones)
Most content is curation-led, not long essays.
Clarity, speed, and judgment matter more than fancy writing.
Ship content daily
Work closely with ops to hit publishing cadence
Learn from performance (what gets saved, shared, discussed)
Improve hooks, structures, and Ideas over time
You will not wait for detailed briefs.
You will not write long, academic content.
You will not be micromanaged.
You will not optimize for “creative expression” over impact.
Are genuinely curious about founders, startups, business, AI, and tech
Are naturally online in these ecosystems
Enjoy researching and connecting ideas
Think in frameworks, not paragraphs
Understand why some content spreads and most doesn’t
Can ship daily without burning out
Take feedback as a tool, not a judgment
You already follow and study founder-led or business pages
You know how viral content works
You’ve written for newsletters, LinkedIn, X, or IG pages in similar niches
You understand basic content performance metrics (retention, saves, shares)
