About the Role

LoudLabs is looking for a Video Production Lead to own video content from concept to final delivery. This role is about building systems, leading execution, and ensuring consistent quality at scale.

You’ll be responsible for how video content is planned, produced, edited, and delivered across projects. This is a leadership role that balances creative judgment with operational clarity.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end video content production across multiple projects.
Translate creative ideas into executable video plans.
Lead and manage editors, shooters, and freelance collaborators.
Oversee post-production including edits, sound, color, and final outputs.
Ensure consistency in storytelling, pacing, and quality across all videos.
Adapt content efficiently for different formats and platforms.
Set and improve workflows, timelines, and production processes.
Review, refine, and approve video content before delivery.
