About the Role

This is not a “learning by observing” internship.

LoudLabs is looking for an HR Intern who can handle real responsibility early. You will work directly on hiring coordination, people operations, and process execution. Your work will affect how efficiently we hire and how smoothly teams function.

If you need constant hand-holding or are looking for a soft, feel-good HR role, this is not it.

What You’ll Do

Hiring & Coordination

Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate communication
Maintain accurate hiring trackers and documentation
Follow up rigorously with candidates and internal teams
Flag obvious mismatches or process breakdowns early

People Operations

Support onboarding and exit processes
Handle basic employee documentation and records
Assist with internal HR operations that require precision and confidentiality

Process & Execution

Execute defined HR processes without cutting corners
Identify inefficiencies in hiring or onboarding workflows
Improve at least one small process through better structure or clarity

What This Role Is NOT

Not a culture or engagement role
Not a leadership or strategy position
Not a shortcut to management
Not a passive learning internship

Who You Are

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable doing repetitive but important work
Clear in written and verbal communication
Willing to be corrected and improve quickly
Serious about building real HR skills, not just credentials

Requirements

0 to 1 year of experience or relevant academic exposure
Strong written communication skills
Basic understanding of hiring or HR processes
Ability to work onsite in Delhi
Availability for a minimum of 3 to 6 months

Bonus Points If

You have handled interview coordination or databases before
You are comfortable with Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools
You ask precise questions instead of guessing
You care about getting things right, not just getting them done
