Role Objective:

As we continue to scale, we are looking for dynamic professionals who can work closely with our founders and leadership team to shape, grow and strengthen our ventures from the ground up. This is an opportunity to be a part of a fast-moving ecosystem - helping to build lead, scalable, and future-ready businesses that redefine their industries. In this role, you will own and build the core platform that powers every Altellect venture — from authentication and payments to notifications, data flows, and multi-brand infrastructure, while leading a small team of product managers responsible for key shared capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

Build and evolve Altellect’s central platform layer — authentication, onboarding, wallets, notifications, app shell, and shared backend services.
Define, own, and document API contracts, SDKs, and micro-frontend interfaces for use by all venture teams.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and uptime across all user journeys that sit on top of shared services.
Lead and mentor platform PMs working across domains such as identity, payments, data, and concierge integrations.
Drive the roadmap for cross-venture services (identity, preferences, concierge hooks, data ingestion).
Collaborate with Tech, Data, and Venture Pods to ensure architecture decisions unlock personalization, cross-sell, and seamless integration.
Build mechanisms for release governance, quality checks, and platform versioning across multiple ventures.
Translate complex infrastructure or backend decisions into clear user and business impact.
Identify opportunities to centralize capabilities and avoid duplication across ventures.

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

8 - 10+ years in product management with strong platform, systems, or API product experience.
Experience leading or mentoring PMs and shaping product thinking across multiple workstreams.
Deep understanding of backend services, distributed systems, and multi-tenant architectures.
Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, microservices, SDKs, authentication, or payments.
Strong systems thinking — ability to see patterns, design abstractions, and create leverage for multiple products.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure where none exists.
Excellent written documentation skills and comfort with technical detail.
Collaborative temperament — able to work closely with venture PMs, AI/ML, DesignOps, and engineering leaders.
