What we do

We run Meta ads and appointment setting for businesses serving seniors.

We bring in the leads. Our calling team qualifies and books them. The client turns up to a booked appointment.

The role

You're closing new clients for us.

Business owners, mostly independent operators, who've seen our ad and booked a call. Cold traffic, so they

don't like or trust us before they get on the phone with you.

Day to day:

4 to 8 calls a day
Discovery, then the pitch, then the close
Every call is a business owner deciding whether to spend money with an agency they've just met

You need to build trust fast and handle real objections, not just take orders from warm inbound leads.

We give you the script, the offer, the case studies and the numbers. You bring the ability to close on the phone.

You've closed on sales calls before, ideally on cold traffic
You've sold to business owners, not consumers

Selling to local businesses previously is a huge plus.

Hours

Full-time or part-time. You need to be available during US business hours.

Compensation

$300 per closed client
Current OTE: $3,000 to $5,000 per month
Uncapped commission
Significant room to earn more as we increase call volume

This is a commission-based role. Your earnings grow directly with the number of calls you take and clients you close.
