About the Role :
We're looking for developers in the backend team who have rich experience and a good understanding of the server side logic, excited to design and build scalable applications. The SDE will work on either: Revenue Product or Engagement Product.

Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of new products/features.
2. Contribute to the design and architecture of our backend APIs and ensure adherence to engineering best practices and maintain the overall quality of our codebase.
3. Work with the product team to translate powerful ideas into everyday business value
4. Fostering a collaborative, inclusive and supportive team culture focused on fast, focused, high impact execution.

Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in software development.
2. Experience in Java or Kotlin is highly recommended.
3. Experience in MVC frameworks preferably spring boot.
4. Experience in implementing software engineering best practices.
5. Rapid prototyping skills for getting product feedback.
6. Ability to proactively seek to debug & optimise the codebase
