The Role

We're seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to architect and scale data platforms building the backbone of our multi-agentic AI system. You'll work on building data pipelines and multi-agent systems for creating most contextual responses helping millions of Indians accelerate their financial lives like never before.

Technical Requirements

Must-Have Distributed Systems Experience

2+ years building and scaling distributed systems handling 1000+ concurrent requests in production
Hands-on experience with micro-services decomposition from monolithic architectures under live traffic
Production experience with service mesh technologies and container orchestration at scale

Deep understanding of database replication and distributed transaction management
Hands-on experience with CDN optimization and edge computing for global/multi-region deployments
Proven ability to optimize systems achieving <100ms P99 latency for critical user-facing operations

Responsibilities

Performance: Maintain <200ms P99 latency for all user-critical operations handling millions of daily requests
Incident Reduction: Implement monitoring and automation that reduces production incidents
Team Enablement: Create platform abstractions that let product teams ship features 3x faster
