About the role :

We’re looking for an Associate Program Manager to take on a cross-functional role with one clear goal → obsess over the end-to-end user journey and makes sure every touchpoint actually works - no friction, no confusion, just value
You will own the customer experience across our entire platform, turning user pain points into solved problems and good experiences into great ones. Most importantly you will be the voice of the customer in every room where decisions get made
At Oolka, AI is deeply integrated into the work of our Tech, Product, Design & Business teams. We’re looking for passionate individuals who are excited about scaling our AI product and want to be part of our journey
Our office is in Bangalore & this role cannot be remote
We also work 6 days a week. Saturdays are all about internal team reviews & planning for the upcoming week together as a team

Criteria :

This is an entry level role at Oolka
Passion for AI-driven customer experiences and fintech
0–2 years of experience in program management, CX, operations, or product support
Analytical mindset: strong in Excel/Google Sheets, basic SQL is a plus.
Curiosity and interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain, etc.)
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) to understand and refine user-facing content
Organized and detail-oriented with ability to run structured projects and handle a mid sized team
