RAPIDO:
As a Cluster Manager, you will lead and manage multi-hub operations within a designated cluster. You will drive operational excellence, optimize resources, manage teams, ensure compliance, and enhance customer satisfaction while owning cluster-level performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations across multiple hubs within the cluster
Drive KPIs, operational efficiency, and profitability
Lead, train, and develop supervisors, coordinators, and driver teams
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (fleet, logistics, customer support)
Manage customer relationships and resolve escalations
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards
Own financial performance, cost optimization, and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
3+ years of experience in operations or logistics-driven roles
Prior people-management or leadership experience
Strong understanding of Tier-3 city operations and local market dynamics
Analytical, result-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office and analytics tools
