Design and build backend services that power core product flows.
Own APIs, data models, integrations, and internal tooling.
Help balance shipping speed with reliability and maintainability.
Work closely with product and frontend teams on feature delivery.
Build clean, well-structured services and interfaces.
Improve performance, observability, and operational reliability.
Make thoughtful decisions around architecture and tradeoffs.
Support product iteration without overengineering early systems.
Strong backend engineering fundamentals.
Experience designing APIs and working with production data systems.
Practical judgment in fast-moving teams.
Clear written and verbal communication.
