About the role :
We’re looking for an Associate Business Manager to take on a cross-functional growth role focused on scaling our AI-powered credit management platform
You will work on scaling growth operations for India's first truly agentic credit solution — a self-driven, intelligent system that empowers users to manage and improve their credit autonomously

Our office is in Bangalore and we don't offer remote

Criteria :
1-2 years of experience (non-MBAs preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (SQL a plus)
Comfortable working on ambiguous problem statements
Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Passion for building innovative, AI-driven solutions and some genuine interest/ curiosity about fintech
