About the Role

At OWLED Media, we don’t just post content; we build personal and company brands in startups, business, marketing, AI, and tech that dominate feeds.

We’re looking for someone to own the content strategy layer for these brands; someone who’s part strategist, part storyteller, part scientist of virality.

If you:

Have built your own or someone else's personal brand (strategy + execution) in the above-mentioned niches
Or you understand the full stack of running and scaling a theme page, and have previously scaled to 100k. This includes sourcing viral clips, editing content for retention, spotting emerging trends, studying competitors, and knowing what drives consistent growth.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Lead content strategy and execution for multiple brands and pages across business, tech, startups, and marketing.
Study hundreds of competitors to identify winning patterns and content gaps.
Analyze previous performance and translate learnings into actionable strategies.
Write high-performing hooks and scripts tailored to each niche.
Have a high taste ceiling.
Monitor trends, topics, and social shifts daily to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the editing and distribution team to refine video output for maximum reach and retention.

You’ve already cracked 500K+ views on your own or client reels (Bonus)
You live and breathe short-form content, constantly breaking down what makes something viral.
You’re obsessed with hooks, story structure, and visual pacing.
You understand editing and know what makes a cut work.
You’re analytical, you test, measure, and iterate.
You’re the kind of person who can’t scroll past a reel without thinking why it worked.
You have the hunger to build and scale new pages independently.

📍 Requirements

Proven experience in content strategy and/or reel scripting.
Strong understanding of hooks, audience retention, and performance metrics.
Experience working with editors, designers, or creative teams.
Familiarity with basic tools for content ideation or visual generation.
Constantly upgrade yourself and use AI tools.
Based in Bangalore (or open to relocation).
