We’re looking for Forward Deployed Product Managers to work directly with enterprise customers and help deploy real-world Voice AI solutions.
You’ll be embedded with clients to understand their workflows, translate business problems into product requirements, and drive successful Voice AI deployments from pilot to scale.
What you’ll do
Work closely with enterprise clients to understand use cases and pain points
Design, configure, and launch voice agents that deliver business impact
Own deployments end-to-end discovery to production rollout
Scale implementations from hundreds to thousands of calls
Generate reports based on call analysis and work towards improving business outcomes of the client
Feed on-ground learnings back into core product improvements
What we’re looking for
Strong product thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset, with 2+ years of experience building technical products.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems
Comfort working directly with customers
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
