We raised $2.5Mn in seed funding led by Peak XV Surge. We're building chat-based RPGs for India - think web series, but you're the hero and AI plays every character.

The Role

Content is our product. Every story a user plays - the characters they fall for, the twists that keep them coming back, the world they get lost in - that's what you'd own.

You're not joining as a writer who takes briefs. You're the person who figures out what stories India wants to play, builds them, and then figures out how to use AI so we can build 10x more of them without dropping quality.

What you'll do

Decide what stories to build - using user data, retention patterns, what's trending, and your own taste
Create story formats that make stories repeatable and consistent at scale
Manage a bench of freelance writers if needed - hire, brief, review, raise the bar
Run experiments — test what works, kill what doesn't, ship fast

You're a fit if

You understand fiction and you're good at it — fantasy, mythology, romance, thrillers, RPGs
You're obsessive about why some stories hook people and others don't
You can zoom out from a paragraph and think about systems - formats, templates, pipelines
You've played with ChatGPT/Claude enough to know what prompting can and can't do
