About the Role

Project Supply by Tangle is looking for a talented 3D Motion Graphics Designer to join us on a contract basis. You'll work on a variety of motion design projects across different industries, creating engaging visual content for client projects. We're looking for someone who can take ideas from concept to final delivery while maintaining high creative and technical standards.

What you will do

• Create high-quality 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual content for client projects.

• Develop creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, product videos, presentations, websites, and other marketing or brand communication materials.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within agreed timelines.

• Stay up to date with the latest motion design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.

• Leverage AI-powered creative tools alongside traditional design software to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining high-quality creative output.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D motion graphics and animation work.

• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and motion design software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, After Effects, or similar tools.

• Good understanding of animation principles, composition, lighting, texturing, rendering, and visual storytelling.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and a willingness to adopt new tools to enhance productivity.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
