STEP is an experiential learning program by Project Supply designed to help students and early professionals gain hands-on experience by working on real projects and business challenges.

Rather than learning through simulations, participants contribute to actual work across business, marketing, design, technology, and other domains while gaining exposure to how projects are executed in professional environments.

STEP is a 3-month program focused on exploration, learning, and building practical experience.
