Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and
shortlisting candidates for various
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and craft
compelling job descriptions.
- Use job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database to identify and
connect with potential candidate
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, interest, and
cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information in our applicant
tracking system.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for recruitment strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience
using social media platforms for profess
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
in a remote setting.
- Equipment: Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
for remote work.
