🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical intern to support day-to-day Talent Management operations. You’ll work closely on key initiatives like Performance Management Systems (PMS), Hi-Po programs, and employee engagement surveys—while building dashboards and deriving meaningful insights.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of Talent Management processes (PMS, Hi-Po identification, surveys)

• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports (Excel/Google Sheets)

• Analyze data to generate insights for stakeholders

• Prepare reports, summaries, and communication materials

• Ensure data accuracy and smooth coordination with HRBPs

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, charts)

• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Curiosity to learn HR and data-driven decision-making

🎓 Preferred Background

• Students/recent graduates in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields

• Prior experience in HR analytics/operations (a plus)
