All three of us were part of Meesho's founding team where we spent 6+ years building the largest fashion e-commerce platform of India.

What will you be working on?

• Fulfilment & Delivery
  Build end-to-end fulfilment processes with partner brands—from order dispatch to doorstep delivery. Ensure timelines are met, returns/exchanges are smooth, and the entire post-order journey feels seamless

• Operations Systems & Firefighting
  Build playbooks that scale, but be ready to jump in when things break. Work closely with product, engineering, and content to fix root causes—not just symptoms.

• AI-First Ops Thinking
  Design operations for an AI-native company. Leverage LLMs, automation, and internal tools to build lean, tech-enabled systems across fulfilment and support that scale without bloating headcount.

Criteria

• 3-5 years in e-commerce ops: ideally at a marketplace

• Experience setting up ops functions or scaling them in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on with fulfilment, returns, and customer support

• Strong operational instinct + openness to rethink how ops works in an AI-native world.
