Role: Performance Marketer

Bare Minimum Expectations 🥺

📍 Location: Jaipur (On-site)
📊 Experience: Fresher / 1-3 years

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch & optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns

• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining ROAS

• Handle audience research, retargeting & funnel strategy

• Analyze campaign data and take performance-driven decisions

• Coordinate with content & design team for ad creatives

• Manage budgets, reporting & performance tracking

• Improve conversion rates across landing pages & funnels

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, etc.)

• Shopify knowledge is a must

• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels & analytics

• Experience in scaling e-commerce brands is a plus

• Ability to research competitors & market trends

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads (even basic is fine)

• Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, ad copy tools, research tools, etc.)
