Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will own high-visibility analytics initiatives across portfolio management, collections, operations, and business intelligence — leading analytical projects independently, building scalable reporting frameworks, and mentoring junior analysts. The role requires strong command over SQL and Python, including Python-based dashboarding, along with a sharp eye for data quality, automation, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end analytical projects covering portfolio analytics, risk monitoring, and customer behaviour
Design, develop, and own automated dashboards and MIS reports (Python-based: Plotly, Dash, Streamlit, or similar)
Write complex, optimised SQL queries — joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures
Automate recurring analytical workflows using Python and SQL
Contribute to ETL workflows, data migrations, and pipeline activities
Mentor junior analysts and act as the analytics SPOC for business stakeholders
