Our 5 member organic team is already driving 70M+ views per month and scaling. This role gives you a front row seat to how internet IPs are built from scratch.

You will not just post content. You will study patterns, decode what works, and turn that into consistent execution across multiple accounts.

What You’ll Own

Trend & Pattern Spotting
• Track emerging trends across Instagram, YouTube, and X
• Break down why certain formats are working
• Convert insights into actionable content directions

Account Management
• Manage 7+ accounts simultaneously
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms
• Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and positioning

Performance & Optimisation
• Track weekly performance metrics
• Submit structured analytics reports
• Identify what to double down on and what to improve

Community & Engagement
• Respond to DMs, comments, and inbound leads
• Maintain an active and human brand presence
• Build strong audience relationships
