About STAY
Most fragrance brands are built by marketers who brief perfumers. STAY is different: the founders are the perfumers. Two engineers walked away from stable careers to formally study fragrance composition at the Hong Kong School of Perfumery. They came back with credentials, a point of view, and a brand they're building entirely on their own terms.
The brand is early. The product is real. The people joining now will shape what STAY becomes.
The Role
We're looking for a Video Editor who brings grit, taste, and genuine passion for the craft. Someone who can make a fragrance feel like something through pacing, texture, sound, and instinct. You'll own the moving image side of STAY: content, campaigns, performance videos, and everything in between.
This is a founding-team role. You'll work directly with the founders, have real creative latitude, and be part of building a brand people are genuinely excited about.
You'll Own
Short-form content for Instagram Reels and social
Performance video creatives for Meta ads
Campaign films for product launches and brand moments
Raw footage selection, cutting, sound design, colour grading, end to end
You Bring
Grit, taste, and a real passion for video as a craft
A portfolio (or a hard drive) full of work you're proud of
Comfort working fast in a small, founder-led team
Any experience or association with Aevy or AEOS Group is a bonus

Compensation: 6 LPA
