We're building The Practical World, a platform enabling professionals, students, and fresh graduates to access real-world knowledge and practical skills. The platform is rolling out in three strategic phases, beginning with webinars, workshops, and curated content. Our tech stack, design system, and go-to-market strategy are established. Now, we're looking for ambitious operators to drive execution and growth.
As an Operations Associate EIR, you'll work directly with our directors, tech, and design teams to ensure seamless execution across all operational functions. This is a high-impact role where your contributions will directly influence our trajectory during a critical launch phase.
You'll be responsible for coordinating cross-functional workflows, managing project timelines, optimizing internal processes, and supporting growth initiatives. This isn't a checkbox role you'll be expected to think critically, move quickly, and own outcomes.
We're seeking final-year students or recent graduates (within the last two years) who demonstrate exceptional operational acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
You should possess a strong foundation in business management, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, professional maturity beyond your years, and genuine enthusiasm for building from the ground up. You should be an avid AI user who leverages technology to work smarter and faster.
Bonus points for proficiency with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, or Linear, fluency across Google Workspace, and experience with data visualization platforms like Looker Studio or Tableau.
This is a three-month unpaid is sprint designed to establish mutual alignment and assess long-term fit across both work and cultural dimensions. Upon successful completion, you'll transition into a full-time position with a salary 25% above industry average, plus equity on our cap table.
We're transparent about why we structure it this way: these three months are crucial for both sides to validate commitment, capability, and chemistry. That said, if we see exceptional clarity and performance early, we'll introduce a stipend during the internship period.
Quick Note: Dropouts are welcome. If you are college student or a fresh graduate we will only accept Bachelors applicants not masters. You should be based out of Delhi-NCR or can shift there after 7-8 months but for now it would be remote.
