We’re hiring a Founding Product Designer to shape the product experience of an early-stage AI company from the ground up. You’ll help turn rough ideas into clear, useful workflows that people enjoy using.
Design product experiences across core user journeys.
Work closely with founders and engineers to move from idea to shipped product.
Bring clarity to complex or AI-assisted workflows.
Help raise the quality bar for usability, visual polish, and interaction design.
Own flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI where needed.
Use research, feedback, and product judgment to guide design decisions.
Collaborate closely during implementation, not just handoff.
Create simple systems and patterns that keep the product consistent.
Strong product design craft and clear thinking.
Ability to simplify messy workflows and ambiguous problems.
Comfort in fast, iterative startup environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration.
